Red Dawn

I was just watching Red Dawn on TV for the forst time in years and remembering the cold war. It wasn't really a war, but the fear of it was ever present (hence the popularity of such films). So it was as if we were actually engaged; we might as well have been for all the angst.

I grew up in the Midwest, so we had all kinds of sayings and bumper stickers about killing communists and similar morbidity. Don't get me wrong if you lived in another region and think your bigotry was more prevalent. I don't wanna step on any toes.

So 1984 came and went, and I, like many other people, thought, "What was all the hubbub that Orwell guy was makin' up." Little did anybody think, but at that point we were in our deepest throes of plans that had been set into motion in Orwell's time.

Politically Correct terminology was probably the pinacle of achievement for social engineering and cultural domination. As I see it, the small physical battles that took place in the latter part of the century were merely practice for the armed forces and for psychological purposes.

The real war was that of the mind. How many times did you hear "hearts and minds" this war season (the last 5 years). We have been in a psychological program, here in the states and select areas world -wide, since as long as I can recall. This is it Madge, your soaking in it.

So when you think of those poor souls that had to give their lives for one of the biggest psychological attacks our country has seen (on the 11th), you should really ponder who the terrorists actually are. They are most likely among us, but exactly opposite of the type of people you've been programmed to believe.

Happy September everyone.
